How the Process of Staging and Design Works

1.

  • Once you decide that you would like to stage your home for rent or sale or if you just like to redecorate and redesign your home please book a free consultation.

2.

  • I will come to your place to determine how best to design, re-decorate, or stage the place and what the appropriate price will be. A price quote will then be sent to you.

3.

  • Once you accept the quote an agreement contract is sent for your review and signature.

4.

  • 50% of the fee is expected when signing the agreement and the rest on the day of staging before work begins. 

5.

  • The price includes staging the requested spaces fully with furniture, art, rugs, and accessories. The price also includes a 2 month rental, delivery, set up, and removal.  The actual staging takes approximately 4-8 hours depending on the size and the particular design plan.

6.

  • In case the period of staging expands beyond two months, then we will negotiate for the additional time and price on a case by case basis.
