I arrange art and furniture in such a way to make optimal use of space and lighting and thereby allow a place to look elegant yet be calming to the eye.

Staging has a significant psychological impact upon the mind of potential buyers or renters. It helps people visualize how furniture can be arranged in a place and allows them to imagine how a house can become a home.
